A traditional specialty

“Formaggio Misto Campagnolo” is a traditional speciality of the Caseificio Val D’Apsa. The wheel is “flat”, the curd is very soft and very flavourful to the palate. Obtained from a blend of cow and sheep milk, it is a cheese that requires a very special process so that the internal curd remains soft and creamy, slightly crumbly with evenly distributed holes, white in colour and mild in flavour.
