Great taste cheese with genuine ingredients

Our truffled cheeses, produced with cow and sheep milk, have a yellowy white curd with a smattering of holes; they bring together the two characteristics typical of the Montefeltro: top quality summer truffle and mixed milk cheese. These cheeses need an average aging period, they maintain a light, tasty flavour and per- fectly preserve the full bodied, rich aroma of the summer tuber.
