The Formaggio al Peperoncino, are characterized by the contrast be- tween the spicy chili pepper typical of the warm climates of southern Italy and the delicate flavour of mixed cow and sheep milk cheese. Excellent as an aperitif or appetizer, it can be used in first dish courses or for canapés.
