The Misto, is produced with a blend of sheep and cow milk; they are characterized by their mild and pleasant taste. Mixed milk cheeses need at least 10 days of aging to reach the right point of ripening. Our mixed milk cheeses are perfect for a variety of uses at the table: in the preparation of excellent second course dishes, with fresh seasonal vegetables, as a side dish together with cooked or grilled vegetables.
