Tender and sweet
Tuscan pecorino is a pdo product. Known since the times of the ancient Romans, Tuscan Pecorino is produced exclusively with sheep milk. When fresh it has a yellowy white curd and is tender to the touch, its fragrant, characteristic flavor is defined as “mild”. It is perfect as an appetizer with cold-cuts and country style bread.
