Here are some suggestions for simple and original dishes that can be made easily and even quickly with our products.

Bruschetta with Val d'Apsa Cheese with Truffles / Pecorino Sheep's Cheese Aged in Walnut Leaves with honey

Ingredients for 4 persons:

400 g homemade bread
4 spoonfuls honey
200 g Val d'Apsa Cheese with Truffles
200 g Pecorino Sheep's Cheese Aged in Walnut Leaves
2 spoonfuls chopped parsley

Preparation: Heat the oven to 120°C and toast the slices of bread for 5 minutes. Spread a generous layer of Val d'Apsa Cheese with Truffles on the hot slices of bread, allowing it to fully melt.
Cut the Pecorino Sheep's Cheese Aged in Walnut Leaves into slices, drizzle them with honey and garnish the serving plate with finely chopped parsley.
